Edie Smith, MSN, RN, was selected to present her original research at the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society, and the National League of Nursing National Education Research Conference, which was held in early April.
The presentation was based on the attitudes of nurses' toward people who have intellectual or other developmental disabilities.
Smith is a residential program nurse at Seneca Cayuga ARC, and teaches in the nursing program at Cayuga Community College.
